Causes of Lower Back PainThe causes of lower back pain are numerous and there is no one single answer. No-one really fully understands what causes low back pain though there has been much research into it. Common problems are pretty well understood but the solutions are not always effective! That's why so many people still suffer from the problem. If you have been to see your doctor, they may have labelled you as having this or that. Anything ranging from simple back ache, sciatica to spinal stenosis! Spinal WHAT??!!!
